Job Description:

  • Grow the Industry Affiliate network to meet the KPI.
  • Continuously research and analysis industry and present recommendations and/or new ideas/promotions to continuously improve the output of the Affiliate Department.
  • Responsible to generate and maintain adequate reports (also forward-looking) and presentations whenever requested by Senior Management.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate affiliates’ activities through appropriate channels and provide timely update and recommendations.
  • Researched and assembled requests for client’s data of background and industries information.
  • Assisted business function in term of client’s connection and approaching and maintain relationships with key account clients.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of the forex industry, products, and at least 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, prioritize, communicate, and function in a diverse team.

  • Design and iterate engaging, visually appealing interfaces within the constraints presented, and have the ability to execute the project to the desired goal.
  • Together with engineering, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality designs through proper provisioning of UI assets and detailed quality checks.
  • Participate in the preliminary user research and data analysis of product functions, tackle design challenges and requirements efficiently through user-centred design solutions, while also balancing with business needs.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to the team when addressing new challenges and requirements.
  • Keep up with the internet design trends, have an in-depth understanding of product and brand positioning, and technological advancements to constantly improve products.

Requirements:

  • Possesses a well-rounded design sense and a good grasp in colours and composition.
  • Good understanding of the nature of various digital platforms, from websites to mobile applications.
  • Strong professional and interpersonal skills, able to communicate your ideas to various stakeholders.
  • Sharp attention to detail and organised in your work approach, able to catch any design errors quickly.
  • Working in a dynamic environment, you will need to be adaptable and are able to manoeuvre within different settings and swiftly address any design problems that arise during design roll-out.

Required Skill(s):

  • Good command of Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator (knowledge of After Effects is a plus)
  • Experienced in wireframe designs, prototypes and user flows
  • Experienced in interaction design and well-versed with the latest technology trends
  • Resourceful and able to independently manage time to ensure the timely completion of tasks
  • At least 2 Years of working experience as a UI designer, or any other role that is relevant
  • Self-driven and perform duties and responsibilities independently with minimum supervision
  • Maintain confidentiality of information processed or prepared
  • Fluency in speaking, reading, and typing in both English is highly desirable
